Well then, Welcome home…to one of the most sot after active adult communities (45+) in the nation, Sun City Grand! (SCG requires a month stay/28 day +)

 

This home is appointed with all the big and little details that will make you feel like you are truly "home" the moment you arrive. With a large master suite, a second guest bedroom with the comfiest bed ever, and a den with a queen pull out there is room for 6 (but I would say 4 most comfortably). The house is set up to entertain from the SS BBQ outback to the well-appointed cook’s kitchen and southwest dining area with seating for 8. The open floor plan and quality furnishings and finishes along with the attention to all the "soft" details, make you want for nothing. You may not want to leave!

 

Drop your bags, grab a towel and a cold drink and then go sit by the beautiful pool, soak up some gorgeous Arizona sunshine, read a book, take a dip in the hot tub, stretch out on the couch and watch a bit of TV or take a nap in either of the comfy queen beds; do what makes you feel at don't forget to pack your flip flops!

 

But…if "play" is on your mind, then this home is located in the center of it all – Sun City Grand boasts, 4 championship golf courses, tennis and pickle ball courts, putting greens, and 2 community centers with state-of-the-art facilities with lap pools, play pools, hot tubs, and so much more; there are even 2 full service restaurants within SCG! (all resort facilities are available for guests staying 30 days or more w/a fee). Grab the GOLF CART keys and head out to go watch a softball game just up the street at the stunning state of the art SCG field, or take one of the three bikes and ride on the wide wandering walking/riding paths to your next adventure! (ice cream is just a 5-minute bike ride away - one of our guilty weekly pleasures)

 

It’s all here! The perfect location to take in a Cactus League ball game (just 20 minutes from many of the sports complexes) or do some shopping, see a movie, take in a concert, or even a hike, just 5 minutes away. This is truly resort living in an oasis of options for eating out,. And, if you want to explore to Jerome, or Sedona they are just a hop up the nearest highway, get there by lunch and see those red rocks for yourself! Our personal favorite is going up to Wickenburg for an authentic Mexican lunch and taking in a few antique shops. The Grand Canyon is just a few hours away, if you haven't been there, you gotta go!

 

We promise you won't be sorry you chose to stay with us; our goal is to make sure you feel like we thought of everything with you in mind. We want you to love it, tell your friends, or maybe you'll want to keep it a secret so you can come back again and again!

 

This home may also be rented together with another HomeAway/VRBO property if both are available at the same time - just a 1 minute golf cart ride from each other - the other home is beautifully appointed, and sleeps 6 as well; together they make the perfect group/family vacation! -Check in time is 3:00 PM or later (self-check-in is an option)

 

-Check out time is 10:00 AM

 

-All last-minute reservations are subject to an additional fee.

 

-POOL: during the months of April - October, the pool is not heated. Other months of the year, an additional fee may be required.

 

-No Pets unless otherwise agreed upon with the Owner (must be part of the lease agreement w/additional deposit). Sorry, cats are not an option under any circumstances; owner is allergic.

 

-No Smoking, No Vaping

 

-No large gatherings
