Zip line, fire pole , rope ladder, etc. Deck overlooks back yard with Bocce court, fire pit and ginormous chess/checkers. Guest house. Lots of parking. Circle driveway excellent for valet or ride and drive event. Designed with displaying a special car in the back yard in mind, can actually drive a circle around the house through he entertaining areas. Amazing outdoor lighting provides a special setting at night. This home has never been rented as remodel is just now complete. Occupied by 3rd and 4th generation Pebble Beach residents. Awesome stereo system and home automation. The preferred rental is 5 nights. 3 night rentals will have a $1,000.00 short stay charge.

The house was the perfect family getaway. We enjoyed all of the outdoor activities. The location is perfect for a daily walk to Pebble Beach to grab coffee. It was fun to wake to seals barking in the distance each morning.
Perfect for adults, children, infants and dogs. Lots of amenities and outdoor activities. Very quiet and secure (fenced and gated). Spacious so all can pursue individual activities without disturbing others in the group. Owner/manager is very attentive and responsive. Close to Pebble Beach Lodge and Stillwater Beach.

Anthony Davi is a great host and his lavish home in the Del Monte Forest is a tour de force of the most modern accoutrements in a sylvan setting, with forest views from the master bedroom and great room. There are two gas fireplaces in the main room that spans most of the house along the spacious balcony. The shower in the master bath is an experience you will enjoy, along with the Toto commode; two more Toto toilets in the en suite bedrooms. Fabulous kitchen, superb storage, and an over-supply of silverware, pots, pans and plates plus multiple televisions. More than enough for our party of eight who were here for four nights. Modern decorating in gray, white and black is exceptionally well done and interlaced with whimsical additions that you will enjoy, especially the five floating balls of lights counterpointing and spanning your view of the green pines and tree trunks that dominate this section of Pebble Beach. We most enjoyed the Halloween decorations. Nice personal touch. When the sun rises the tops of the pines are first illuminated while we enjoyed coffee on the balcony/patio. Plenty of places to lounge and soak up sun. The sunsets directly across the balcony. No direct view but the light through the trees at the end of the day while sipping cocktails next to the outdoor gas firplaces is perfect. And lest I forget, the hottub is a good place to wrap up the day. This retreat is a find that we most enjoyed and we have added it to our list of “go to” for future weekends. We had a great time, house was as described. A few of the TVs didn’t work perfectly but everything else made up for it. Would rent here again.
My company rented this property during the US Open. It was the perfect location and size to host groups for dinners and hanging out. The backyard and game room were a huge hit and everyone had a fantastic time. We were well taken care of and highly recommend the property.
The house is lovely and modern, filled with technology, and was a great place for our group of 30-somethings to stay for a long wedding weekend in the area. Unfortunately, we happened to be there during a storm that knocked out the power for a couple of days - but the homeowner was so responsive, helpful, and accommodating that we were still able to have an enjoyable stay.
