The location is certainly nicely situated in a very quiet neighborhood. The people are very friendly and there are ample walking paths and a nice beachfront to enjoy. Even though this is primarily a residential area, shopping is not far away, over the causeway, to present any kind of hardship. The condo unit was in good repair with adequate essentials to make things enjoyable for our month stay. We did take advantage of the outdoor "grilling area", meeting quite a few neighbors in doing so. A highlight of our stay was to witness a rocket flight from the Cape as well as a full moon coming up over the ocean!
