This Villa is 20 feet from the Ocean and has a private beach 50 feet from the patio. We provide a golf cart, Kayaks, fishing equipment, tennis equipment, pool & beach floats, etc... The villa is very nice, modern, appears to have been recently remodeled, the views are great. Quiet community, we had a wonderful time. Highly recommend it.

We loved the villa. The beds were comfortable and it was very clean. The views were amazing! The pool was warm and we walked the resort easily. The golf cart didn’t work too well and we only had it half the week. The only negative was the bathrooms. The lower level has low water pressure and the rain shower heads were very high and no one could adjust them and the low water flows. It would be better if the shower heads were lower or on a handheld for kids. They also had no hairdryers as advertised. We did use the kayaks. Norman was very informative and responsive and we would stay here again!
