Affordable Beachfront Condo Steps from Beach & Crystal Pier
| Escape the heat and come to Mission bay's beautiful Pacific Beach. Our condo is located on the boardwalk just steps from the beach. We are two short blocks North of the Crystal Pier where there are numorous shops and restaurants. Our spacious one bedroom can comfortably sleep four, perfect for small family's. Let the ocean be your lullaby in our unit's large bedroom while sleeping in our spacious king size bed. The living room has a nice view of the swimming pool and garden area in the courtyard which you can enjoy from the comfort of the sofa which doubles as a queen size sleeper. Or you might choose to snuggle with your honey on our cozy love seat. Other amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, two cable tvs with DVD players, CD player, a playstation and a computer with WiFi. We pride ourselves in making sure our condo is fully equipped just like home. There are plenty of linens,towels and sundries. Of course there are boogie boards, beach towels and everything you'll need to have an enjoyable vacation at the beach. The complex has a heated swimming pool and a seperate jacuzzi located in the inner courtyard. The windbreak the building provides makes this a perfect place for sunning and swimming. The large inner courtyard also has picnic tables, lounge chairs and a communal gas barbecue. Its a great place to hang out when you've had enough of the beach or on a windy day. Pacific Beach is minutes away from Sea World. Its just a short drive to beautiful downtown San Diego,the airport, Balboa Park and the world famous San Diego Zoo. Make the beach your home for a week or two. The ocean breeze is guaranteed to relax and rejuvenate you. |

The place was wonderful! It was perfect for myself and my 10 and 8 year olds. There was a pull out couch that my kids used that was comfortable. Mark was really great to work with and very helpful. The condo was in a great location right at the beach and looks out at the pool which was perfect for my kids. It was stocked with boogie boards, umbrellas, etc for a perfect beach experience!
This is a great location right on an exciting part of the San Diego beach. You're almost directly across from 2 flights of stairs to the beach, or a block north of Crystal Pier where anyone can catch a ray or shark without a license for just $10 rental. Mark was great at communication and worked around lost keys by having the cleaner let me in. The building is showing some age but the unit is well furnished. The closet has a bunch of beach accessories. That part of the beach has a lot of surf and you either have to like surfing, or diving in waves, or you can just enjoy the sand. The water is warm enough to swim in for awhile. The pool is refreshing after the beach. The hot tub is tiny - just 3 people, but at least they have one. The parking is crazy so the one spot provided is like gold. Just a block away is good pizza, mexican, seafood, etc. Bike rentals are available. The beach is mostly younger people but everyone will feel comfortable and safe. Lifeguards keep the beach well run. It was a short drive to all the San Diego attractions - SeaWorld, Balboa Park Museums, Belmont Park. Scripps Aquarium. I recommend getting the Go San Diego card. Costco gives you an extra day for free. If you visit Legoland I left a souvenir cup you can get $1 refills, and I recommend buying the same at SeaWorld.
Great apartment, bigger than I expected. Very convenient location, close to everything we needed (including our grandkids). Owner (Mark) was cooperative and great communicator, easy to work with. Coordination with HomeAway, not so much. Would definitely stay here again if available.
This property came with all the comforts of home! It was surprisingly quiet in an action packed neighborhood. The owner was extremely attentive and responsive. Highly recommended!

This condo is fantastic. It was well stocked with everthing that we needed and a lot more than we expected. It has a really nice pool and jacuzzi. The grandchildren had a phenomenal time. I highly recommend this location. Right on the beach and close to great dining and really close to a great ice cream place - The Baked Bear.
