The house is bright, extremely comfortable, w/ lots of space and light. Recently renovated? Beds comfortable; all types-softer, harder, childrens... all teh comforts of home available for cooking, beach, etc. Details really nicely thought out. Contacts w/ Jill easy and very pleasant. I would highly recommend particularly for families w/ small children.
The house was great...and great for little kids. A very short walk to the beach and an amazing walk to a sand bar at low tide! The house itself was all one level, very comfortable and very clean. Smores from the fire pit hit the spot with our 4 year old. My Grandmother's room was just far enough away from the rest of the family. We all had a spectacular time!
Owners were very responsive and helpful. Decor was very restful and well appointed. House was a relaxing place to be.
We had such a wonderful and relaxing stay! Jill & Chris thought of everything! The house was spotless and the layout was perfect for our family to enjoy the home inside and out. The short walk to the beach, which we had all to ourselves most days, was so convenient! It is a quiet neighborhood and everyone we met was so friendly! The hosts, the home and the location were all part of a truly wonderful family vacation! A true gem of a getaway!
We were so glad to be able to get away and spend time with our kids. Being able to walk to the beach was great, especially with the varying ages of the children in our group. The house was larger than we expected. Everyone loved the sand bar in the water.
The house was spotless, spacious and had everything we needed for a lovely, relaxing beach vacation. The beach - just steps away- was quiet and peaceful- perfect for small kids. Jill was responsive and sent lovely ideas for restaurants and activities. We look forward to visiting again!
We were looking for a relaxing stay at the beach and we got just that. Jill was a great host. The house has everything you need. The house is close to shops and great food. The beach is 2 seconds from the house. We really enjoyed our stay.
Jill's check in / checkout process is seamless. Friendly neighborhood and lots to do - wonderful restaurants, state parks and trails nearby. St. Paul Parish for weekend mass is convenient and welcoming community. Enjoyed the home's open areas, well stocked kitchen and thd shoreline feel. The welcome bottle of wine was a great way to kick off the weekend getaway!
My family truly enjoyed our long weekend at Jill's home. The home was very spacious, with plenty of room for everyone, and on one floor which was great. The large garage was a bonus and made it easy to unpack our cars. Nice big deck area as well. The private beach is just a few houses away and the house is just minutes from the village of Niantic with plenty to do. Great house, great location, great time had by all!
